Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pixi glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of lightly used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original box or any sturdy mailer to ensure they arrive safely back to us.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
