We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Pixi Beauty purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original packaging and purchased directly from our official website to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your package.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original components and protective packaging are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
